Francesco Sorrentino- Executive Chef
As a little kid this Sicilian paisano knew he wanted to be a chef. He started playing with the pasta and helping making bread at a young age of 14 in his grandparents pizzeria. Francesco decided to expand his culinary experience and share his roots to a more international consumer and began his journey traveling the world. Working in competitive places like France, New York, Baltimore and California he discover his identity and concept as a chef. He has make appearances in NBC, Baltimore Sun and Good Morning Tampa Bay showing some of his most wanted, quick recipes. In one of his ventures he met Antonio creating a unique concept for Tampa, an innovative gourmet Italian culinary experience for everyone.
Antonio Riccardi- Business Manager
Born and raised in Napoli, Antonio grew up with the passion for Italian food and the karisma Napolitano always festive and welcoming. Traveling and working in the restaurant business around the world like Spain,New York, Canada, the Caribbean and Miami he founded harder to find the authentic Italian food. That's were he moved to Tampa and met his partner in crime Francesco when they decided to venture in creating the best authentic Italian gourmet food truck in Tampa, Florida.
